  • HOW DO I RESERVE A BIKE?

    In the Book Now screen, select the dates you are interested in. Select the bike you like from the list of available bikes and also select the pickup location of your choice. You will be asked to login or sign up. Sign up is easy with few essential details like email address and phone number. After that, reconfirm your selected bike, dates and pickup location and you will be taken to the payment gateway. Your reservation is confirmed after you make the payment.

  • FROM WHERE DO I PICK UP THE BIKE?

    You can pick up the bike on the day of your reservation from your selected location. The address will be mentioned in the confirmation email. Click here for the addresses of all the Metro Bikes locations.

  • WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS THAT I NEED TO SUBMIT TO TAKE THE BIKE?

    The following documents need to be submitted before renting a ride: Valid driver's license to ride a motor-vehicle with or without gear, in India. (For international visitors, a valid driving license from their home country with International Driving Permit is necessary along with a valid Visa. Original to be brought, copy will be retained for record.) 
    1.       A copy of your Passport (OR) Original Aadhar Card (OR) A test mail from your corporate e-mail ID.
    2.       1 Rupee swipe with either your debit or credit card (not mandatory if condition (1) is satisfied.)  

    If you're a student
    , following are the documents to be submitted, in addition to a valid Driver's license-
    1.       Original College ID
    2.       Original Aadhar card
    3.       1 Rupee swipe with either your debit or credit card (not mandatory if conditions (1) and (2) are satisfied.)

    Note: Metrobikes reserves the right to hold back the booking if the documents submitted are not satisfactory.

  • HOW DO I PAY IF I HAVE AN INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD?

    International credit cards cannot be used to pay for your Metro Bikes Rentals through our existing payment gateways. While we are working to make this possible, please send a mail to reservations@metrobikes.in and we will be happy to assist you with a PayPal link.Surcharge applicable based on card currency.

  • WHEN DOES MY ORDER GET CONFIRMED?

    Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment. You will receive an email from Metro Bikes confirming your booking and the address of the pick up location.
